<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="color: black;">Our multi-disciplinary patient care team is searching for a full time Behavioral Health Counselor with at least three years experience. This involvesthe delivery of outpatient therapeutic counseling services to patients. TheCounselor provides direct patient counseling services with a focus on generalmental health to individuals, families, and groups. Work performance isreviewed for conformance to policies, procedures, and practices related tobehavioral health service delivery. LCSW or LPC licensing is preferred.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Three years of specialized experience working orrelated to the position is preferred.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Excellent written and spoken skills required.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">EMDR certification preferred.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Possess current and unrestricted Arizona driver’slicense with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in the last five years.No more than two at-fault accidents in the last three years. Mustmaintain a valid AZ driver license during employment. Must be insurableby the our liability auto policy.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Must present a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Cardprior to employment.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Must pass alcohol/substance abuse testing uponemployment, and submit to random testing during the course of employment.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Must have an updated Immunization (IZ) Record.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Must have a current (within 12 months) Tuberculosis(TB) skin report upon employment and provide an update annually.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Must obtain a CPR and First Aid Card within ninety(90) calendar days of employment and maintain valid updated training duringemployment.</li></ul> |
